Abdominal wall tightening

After repeated pregnancies or after losing weight, the abdominal wall sag and may be accompanied by muscle weakness or hernia. This sagging can only be treated surgically to tighten the abdominal wall and muscles.
This is often associated with
liposuction to the flanks and upper abdomen. The final incision is below the bikini line, which is the price paid to obtain a tight abdominal wall. The recovery period ranges from two to three weeks. This procedure is painful, which is at its peak in the first three days. We overcome the pain of the procedure with painkillers or pain control analgesia (PCA), self-injection technique when feeling pain, done in coordination with the anesthesiologist and pain management team. If abdominal muscle tightening is done in association, it is okay to run or swim after the wounds have completely healed, but it is forbidden to practice any sport that strains the abdominal muscles or involves loads for a minimum of 3 months. It is recommended not to get pregnant and to delay it for 6 months to a year. It is best for the patient to complete her family before the tummy tuck surgery except in special circumstances such as severe sagging after weight loss....
Personally, I do not prefer to perform tummy tuck surgery immediately after a cesarean section, and the reasons are many. The first is that the abdominal wall will shrink after childbirth, so the amount of tightening is often uncontrolled and
the result is unsatisfactory in the end. The mother is exposed to a great risk due to the long period of anesthesia, loss of a large amount of blood, a higher rate of infection that may spread horizontally deep and vertically under the abdominal wall.
